Refill - Migraine Screener Kit (25)

$0.00

If you have already received a School Resource Starter Kit, these refill materials are for you. Thank you for being a Migraine at School Campus!

The Migraine Screener Kit helps school nurses identify students who may need further evaluation for migraine and gives families information they can take to a healthcare provider.

Each kit includes:

  • 25 Pediatric and Adolescent Migraine Screens (PAMS): A brief, three-question screening tool developed by the Headache Center at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center to help school nurses identify students whose headaches may be migraine.

  • 25 Your Child May Have Migraine worksheets: A Migraine at School caregiver tool that looks more broadly at headache and/or stomach pain, missed school and activities, symptom frequency, and the impact symptoms are having on daily life. It is designed to help families organize what they are seeing and have a more informed conversation with their child’s healthcare provider.

These tools do not diagnose migraine. They are designed to help recognize patterns and support appropriate follow-up with a healthcare provider.
